A UNIQUE SHIRT NUMBER
All members at Old Southendian Hockey Club have a unique, club allocated shirt number. In order to play matches each member should have their unique number printed on the back of their Club shirt.

Members who have not had their shirt number confirmed by the Club Kit committee, or those who are new to the Club, should click the link below to request their number. You will receive an email confirming your unique number. This must be done BEFORE ordering your new Club kit.

Once your shirt number has been confirmed, enter the number (and your name) into the customisation field on the Club's kit provider's website when ordering your kit. See below for details on ordering your Club kit.
